If you are looking for a speaker upgrade for your blackface/silverface champ, look no further. The 8SC is Big, Bold, and Loud.. Almost sounds like a 10" speaker. Pay the extra or the speaker break-in, you'll be glad you did. Smoothes out the high-end. Very happy with this upgrade to my 68' Black-Line Vibro Champ.

Fantastic speakers with a bit more mids than a standard Jenson. A good alternative for Fender style amps that need a bit more punch. Quality is exceptional - highly recommend

I love my Jupiters! They sound wonderful, and the break-in service is really a nice, economical way to get them sounding great from the first minute you turn them on!

I'm not sure how this would have sounded if I hadn't opted for the break in. I have experienced drastic improvements in other speakers as they break in, however, and wanted to start using the amp in question right away.

The first gig I used the amp for was a delight. The sound and response from the amp was wonderful. Exactly the sound I was looking for--especially compared to the stock speaker I had in my Fender Vibro Champ Reverb. It went from a decent amp, to a perfect amp.
